Browsing and sign-in
The archive, published reports and approved discussions can be read without creating a community profile. Posting can use a guest nickname without an account, or optional ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting platform supplies a site-specific user identifier and account email; the server uses the email to check owner access. Emails are not published in discussions or saved to community profiles.
Guest posting
Guest posting stores a signed, secure, HttpOnly browser cookie for up to 30 days so the site can recognize your guest profile and show your pending submissions. Clearing cookies or switching between the bare and www addresses may create a separate guest profile. Nicknames are public; guest identity is not verified. Profiles and submitted content remain subject to the retention rules below after the cookie expires.
Spam controls use posting limits, form checks and, when the hosting platform supplies it, a keyed digest of the network address for rate limiting. The community does not save the raw network address in its posting tables. All guest submissions require owner approval.
What is saved
Community profiles store the site-specific identifier, chosen display name, rule acceptance date and posting suspension status. The site stores submitted threads, replies, reactions, flags, moderation actions and rate-limit counters. Posts may be visible publicly after approval. Hidden and pending content remains available to the owner for moderation. Avoid including personal information in public messages.
Owner content and uploads
Reports retain saved versions. Uploaded report images store creator credit and permission notes. Public images are served only when attached to a published report; drafts and upload metadata require owner access. The owner can download a private content export, which includes community records. Original image files should be backed up separately.
Retention and requests
Records and versions are retained until removed through an authorized administrative process. To request correction or deletion, use the private request form in My community profile on the Community page. Retained backups may contain earlier versions. Requests require owner review; deletion is not immediate.
Hosting and external sources
Hosting and authentication providers may process technical logs and session information under their own policies. The archive uses external source links and some external images; loading them may disclose ordinary request information to their providers. No advertising, paid membership system or additional marketing analytics is enabled by these features.
Keep your access secure
The publishing studio is restricted to the owner account. Signing in as a fan does not grant editing access to archive data, reports or moderation tools.
